I want to know how to claim Medical Expense in my tax return, I already fill Line 452.but refused by the CRA and I call to found  an explanation she said that due I don't have any amount  in Line 101 and 104 ,so I cann't apply the refund credits. and my wife is self employee and she cannot claim too. So what can I do .Please advise.

To claim med refund credit, you have to have employment income, which are reported on line101 or line 104.

Thank you your reply. but I don't have any income received on 101 or 104 box.I only have (EI)income onT4A box 28 which I put in Line 130 and T4A box 14 (other payment )that I Put in on Line 119.Do I did it right?and my notice of assessment said "Based on the information provided , we have disallowed your claim for the refundable medical expense supplement." So, What can I do ? Please advise.

check yourself if your T4A box 14 is employment income (for what you got this income?)
