请问一下, 随同体检表格一起来得信中说：
Please provide proof that you have completed the medical examinations.
这是什么呀？
我9月7号体检的，体检完了clinic就给了我一张发票。
可不可以拿这个作为体检证明寄给移民局呀？是寄原件还是复印件呀？

还有发信去移民局查关于landing fee 的问题，怎么说：
Due to workload and lack of resources, we are unable to confirm receipt of your courier package/ correspondence/ fax/ e-mail.
是什么意思呀？
