U silly, no need to 削!
When cooked just take the complete skin off apple sauce, diff:
- LOST: you will lose a bit of sauce as they cover the skin, well u can suck them off, hi hi!
- COLOR - a bit of red from skin will "stink" the sauce, not as pure creamy colour as in jar,
- CHEMICAL - make sure u wash apple good if u do it skin-on, else u will be eating "~chemical" they spray on apply tree + "~wax" that they spray on apple before packing.
Lemon Juice - not sure if u need that to prevent "oxidation" of your apple sauce = to prevent your sauce to turn brown. Have fun! |
