紧急急急：

失业金（EI）案例分析：

如果是在实习期被终止了工作，在这种情况下（符合工作时间满910小时等其他条件），可不可以申请到失业金？因为看到其他帖子，有的说fair的可以拿EI，有的说不可以，很迷惑。。。

请问有经验的朋友在这种情况下如何向EI部门解释可以最大可能的拿到EI？

this Tuesday was my last day on work, and they didnt send me ROE yet, yesterday i went to HuaXieHui, the consultant told me if my employer give me the code,which is on the ROE paper as -A: shortage of work, no problem i can get ei, if they give me M: dismiaasal or K: other reason and the reason is i am not qualified, I maybe can not get ei.

As you said, 100% i can get it, you mean they will give which code:confused:

他们当时给我的答复是如果是因为不胜任工作被dismiss,是可以申请的。
如果是放了错误或是迟到早退之类的，是不能申请的。

thank for many nice people who gave me information regarding this issue, the answer seems clear now, that is i am eliglible to apply EI in my case.

so someone has the same situation as mine, do NOT hesitate to apply.

today, i got my ROE paper, and the code they gave me is M: dismissal.

but there is no reason on the paper.

like you said--因为不胜任工作被dismiss,是可以申请的, how do human resource can know that?

I got the the new job within one week, so I didn't apply for the EI. When I lost my job, I asked the human resource, they gave me that answer.
