First, only Nokia phones support the ringtone download.
Second, you must have the Short Message service from your operator.
Third, you have to pay about 50c/ringtone everytime you download from most of the websites here... If you are using Fido's service, you can find this information from http://www.fido.ca

There used to be some free websited for you to download the ringtones (and many Chinese pop songs), I will check if they are still available and let you know soon...
