you can go to lb185,they will give you the anwer. I think you cannot change your major right now,because the requirement of admission is different from major to major.
you can change your major during the studying period.if the two majors are in the same department,it will be easy to do so;if they are in different department,it is a little difficult,you should meet some requirement,for example GPA .
