[电脑] problem in new version of MSN

I used HOTMAIL's MSN 3.6 before to talk to my friends in China. It doesn't work now since I updated the version of MSN3.6 to 4.0, do you know what's wrong and could you tell me how I setup back MSN3.6 again, I can't find MSN3.6 in my computer.

i had same problem before, but i had copy of msn(version3.6), if you like you can leave you e-mail, i can mail my copy to you. before you install the version 3.6, pls delete your latest version of msn at first.

If both sides are using MSN4.0, can they talk PC to PC? I have not installed new version so I could not talk to the buddies in China who have updated to MSN4.0. I want to figure out before I make the update.

but I don't know how to remove MSN4.0, so even I run setup again and again, the MSN4.0 is still there. Hi, tdk, how do you do these?

My case is MSN4.0 doesn't work even both sides using it.

从根目录下删除MSN4.0，一般情况下MSN得位置在C盘下PROGRAM FILES

同时删除开始菜单中程序子目录中的MSN，PROGRAM FILES 中的MSN为MESSAGER 文件夹。

Hi, tdk,

I found msmsgs in the messenger file as your direction, but when I tried to delete it, the screen showed: cannot delete msmsgs,the specified file is being used by windows.

I am not very sure if the msmsgs is the MSN4.0, but just it looked like in the messenger file.

我的YAHOO MESSENGER的声音非常好，对方传过来的图象也可以，就是我这边的图象传不过去，机器总是说我的摄像器被其他程序占用，但删掉了认为占用的许多程序仍然不行，不知为什么？
