买了个MP3机，通过USB接口连接电脑，也安装了自带的管理软件，但不能使用。也不能用电脑进行歌曲的复制，删除操作。电脑老是提示I/O ERROE。英文XP系统。
但MP3在其他电脑上能正常使用。

请问是哪的毛病？是不是我的系统有问题？要怎样解决？

If other computer's OS is English XP as well, then something is wrong with your MP3 or computer, you can continue to the following ways; otherwise, if other computer's OS is not English XP, it does not make sense.

1) If possible, insert another work device (digit camera, MP3, MD, etc) into this USD port, if ok, your MP3 is bad; else, your USB port is bad;
2) Check whether your driver is for English XP, if not, to download the correct version and install;
