[电脑] Can not find hard disk of laptop suddenly

Any one can help me? My laptop can not find hard disk suddenly. I think there are 2 reasons: (1)the hard disk is broken, (2)the connection of hard disk is loose. I want to make sure if it is reason (2). But I do not know how to open laptop. Can any one help me?
Or there are other possible problems?
