Calling the phone number which given in abover, then telling them you want to apply for the Shelter Allowence. They will ask you SIN number and address to check, and then they will tell you they will send you the application forms. After you get the forms, you just following the requestion to fill the form and sned them with a copy of lease. Good luck.

刚电话问过了，2005年1月1日之前登陆(含1月1日)的朋友才有资格申请。
