This is a easy one.
The landlord should write to you at least 3 months in advance, You have to reply within one month receiving the letter.
If the landlord does not write to you, it means you can renew the lease at the existing rate for another yr.
If you do NOT want to renew, you STILL HAVE to write to the landlord to say so, otherwise it is considered renewed.
The present and future landlords can not kick you out without writing to you stating he/her/family wants to move in, usually at lease 3-6 months inadvance.
You just have to read the Que regulation on your lease.
