I had an accident yesterday. I drove out of the high way and my care was damaged.
The police gave me a ticket and charged me for careless driving. I decided to go to court.
Could you tell me how to contest with the charge.

You should write the reason on the fine ticket contest section and inform that you want to contest. You could send by ost mail, also you could deliver by yourself with mentioned address. Then you will get a hearing date.
