Seeking for an apartment in Qeubec City

We are going to move to Quebec city from Toronto on April 1, 04. We know little French. We do need help in seeking for an apartment(temporary or long term, one bedroom or two bedrooms, with a kitchen and a private bathroom) near the Laval University (Saint-Foy, Sillery, Quebec city or other area). If anyone can help us, you will be greatly appreciated.

Does the rent $570/month include heating, hot water, electricity, and parking fees? Is the parking space inside, or outside around the building, or on a street? Which floor is it in? If we want to renew the lease after September, how long is the shortest lease term? How about the total size (sqft)? Can you tell us the location? How to make a reservation?
