1）附近有停车的吗？
you can park in the park lot of the building, but you have to pay. Otherwise you can look for free parking around the area inside of living areas.

2）开审时间13.30，一般情况下准时开庭吗？
usually later than the given time, but strongly suggests that you go there on time.
3）大约要多少时间？

it depends on your case.

4）我需要带新旧lease， 证件，听说还要带现金？
yes, you have to take your lease. not sure about your ID. cashes are not needed for hearing, but in case you need to pay for parking you'd better to have some cashes with you.

5）在庭上我用说些什莫吗？

I think at least you need to give your arguments.

6）可以要求英语审理吗？
theoretically yes, but if you have friend who knows french, you can bring him/her.

7）朋友可以一起进去吗？

I think no, but not very sure. also it depends on ur friend's role.
