方向盘在转动时发出'嗡嗡'的声音,就象在窗户紧闭的高楼内听外面刮风声一样.同时转动比以前吃力.请问可能是哪里出了问题?大概多少费用?非常感谢!!

The power steering (PS) pump belt is loosing. Or not enough PS pump fluid or pump itself. It is easy to diagnose. Ask a friend standing in fornt of your car and listen. If noise comes from left side of car when you turn the wheel, then check above parts which I mentioned.

Thank you very much. I checked the power steering fluid according your suggestion.The fluid was not enough so I bought some from Canadian tire and it worked. Thank you again!!
