MP 妈妈不大会烹调，因此 MP 也不大会煮中国菜。年轻的时候 去学习，学错了 西方烹饪 :p ，专业厨房的工作 一天也没有造过。MP造的菜 主要(结构?)是西餐，说的好听=fusion，说的不好听=不中不西 的乱炖。   

I believe the word FUSION was first used in restaurants in California in the 70's.  Basically, combining cooking methods from different places, and use fresh local ingredients.
