我是新移民,去年四月份短期(就几天)登录温哥华后,回中国工作至今.

我需要报税吗?该如何去做呢?可以在加国外报税吗?报税的Deadline是什么时候?

我的理解：你报了也没坏处，不报也没啥好处，嘻嘻。

报税的Deadline是每年的4月30号（以邮戳为准），你可以到联邦税务局的网上下载需要的报税表格：

Legally, you need to file your tax return. Particularly, if you get your medical card, your bank card, credit cards etc from any Canadian Financial Institution. If you do not have anything related to Canadian benefit, and you do not want to apply any tax credits, such as milk money for your kids, it is not mandatory for you to fill your tax return. But you should watch your own situation. File your return is really easy on internet.

The GST/HST is calculated according to how many days u actualyl stayed inside canada.
So........u wont get that part even u apply.
