请教专家：
我去年上半年在上学，下半年找到工作，但是离开学校的 时候申请了2003-2004年度的 BURSARY，但是没有领，因为自己没有上学，也不应该拿。但是前几天受到教育局的RELEVE 1表，上面把我没有受到的去年下半年的 BUSARY都算了进去。请问这种情况我应该怎么办？

If you can take the bursary now, go school and take it. this year the givenment will ask you to repay it. YOU have to report this part money in your return. But next year you can get deduction from repayment of the same amount. It's the problem of time difference. The govt assume you take the money although the check still stayed in school you didn't get it. the department issuing REL-1 form didn't know you didn't take it up to now.

I am in same situation. If I don't take these checks(I don't think it is possible to take all checks from now because I don't believe these checks are still here), how can I do next? I sent a letter to AFE 3 weeks ago, but no reply. Could anyone tell me what should i do? Thanks in advance.
