:confused: There is an accident of my car this morning. It's my fault because I didn't double check when I passed a street corner (My direction has a stop sign, the other car's doesn't have). He hit me when  I was passing. The speed is not very high, his car's peiece of rubber of the front bumper was missing (about 10-5 cm long), my car is OK.
He said if he changed the whole bumper, it would cost him $400-500. I don't think he need to do that (It's a 95 Neon). He said if I don't want to report to the insurance company, I can pay him directly. What should I do now? Report to my insurance agnecy to negotiate with his? Or pay him by myself? But it didn't deserve that price. I appreciate any suggestion!!!

:rolleyes:  If change, that is the price. But,   I don 't understand why you
want to pay him by yourself? The insurance company will fix for him.
Please drive carefully.don't get  another accident in this year,otherwise
is hard to find an insurance company.
