Thank you firstly for your answer to my Saturn ( Problem: taking longer time to start within 2 hours after turning off engine). The Saturn Garage said the fuel pump is losing pressure. It needs to be changed. They want to replace it with a used one: $125(part) plus $160(labour). The key problem is: are they really right with the problem? Waiting for your answer eagerly. They could be right. Plus there are certain facts are involving the problem.
Computer, Sensors. The potential issue is: if you change pump, but the problem
not solved,  you will lose money.
Is the garage you mentioned in the dealer. Are you sure dealer uses used parts?

You should go to a good dealer to do a complete check on fuel system and
fire system before deciding if you need change it.
