请问知情人：如何获得胰岛素

父亲是长期糖尿病患者，需要注射胰岛素，即将来探亲。
请问，　如何可以在蒙城买到胰岛素？　
不知胰岛素是不是有prescription才能买到．那prescription从那里获得呢？是不是只有买了保险才能看医生？或者可以自费看医生，那费用大概有多少？十分感谢！

You will need prescription to get insulin. I don't know if the insurance will cover this, you have to discuss the detail coverages with the insurance company when you buy it. In montreal, the doctors usually charge about $100 for seeing a foreigner.
