请教关于 "CAA" 的技术水平神奇性问题
有人说， CAA (Canadian Automobile Association, Website: www.caa.ca ) 汇集了一些汽车专家， 又因为他们只检车而不修车， 所以， 检查分析车的故障问题时准确公正， 水平很高。 该人（老外）因此建议车子有了可能较复杂的毛病时，首先到 CAA 去检查出故障所在，然后再去车行修。 请问各位： 真是这样吗？ 专业车行对自己的专业车（比如 TOYOTA DEALER 车行对一台 COROLLA 车) 的诊断也不如 CAA 高明吗 ?
该老外还说买二手车时选择 CAA 验车 （会员价 $65, 常规价 $100) 很好。
CAA 真有这般神奇？ 愿聆听各位大侠及有过 CAA 检车经验的朋友发表高见。

Lat time, before the warranty of my car was expired, I asked the Toyota dealer to do an inspection. After charging me $65, they told me everything was fine. But, just after one month, the car was leaking oil. I went back to the dealer, they didn’t want to admit they did anything wrong. Since I am a member of CAA, I let CAA talk to them and force the dealer to repair the oil leaking.
