I have an international driving license. But I was told that this international license can only be used for 6 months. So now I need to get a Quebec driving license. I am wandering where can I get this license? and how? How long will it take?

Do you want to change your international driver's license to Quebec driver's license? I don't think you can do that.

no, I don't mean I want to change international driving license into quebec license. I just want to how how can I obtain a quebec license? Do I have to take course? Pass quebec test? How long will it be? and where can I get it?
