Does your Dad has insurance? You can take him to emergency room if his condition is serious. Otherwise, you have to take your Dad to see a general doctor first, do x-ray, physical exam etc, if needed, the doctor will refer him to a chest specialist. 先到walk-in的诊所去看看吧，医生可以开相关的化验和检查单子。专科医生需要有general医生推荐，不过可能要排很长时间。
如果症状比较严重，就去看急诊，最好带足饮食，也许要等一天，但可能当天就能得到检查。

是咳全血还是痰中带血,出血量有多少?可伴有其他症状,如胸痛,呼吸困难,等,不必要过于紧张,有可能是细支管上的小的毛细血管破裂引起的,这里气候比较干燥,加上又剧烈运动后,很容易引起,多喝水,加强观察,实在不放心,只要去医院拍个透视,就可以了
