孩子前段时间回国时生了病, 没有住院, 但病的不轻, 花了些RMB。回蒙后这些RMB能报销吗？（孩子有这里的医疗卡） 如果能报销，只提供病理和发票么？还需要相应的翻译吗？

I think you should check with your insurance company, if the insurance plan you buy cover international medical expanse. if yes, you should claim to your insurance company. I don't think Goverment will pay you, otherwise why people travel always need buy international travel insurance
