I love those slices, but can never get it cooked properly, completely DRY. :frown:
For all meat slices, the secret is "DIP". Not Cook.
Try not to leave the meat to soak in the soup, never let go from chop sticks,
just dip them into the soup quickly and take them out.
Just dip them in the soup not more than 3 times. small part of the meat still pink. Never dry.
