请教Tuition fees Transfer to Parent 问题

I can transfer up to 5000$ tuition tees to my parents from federal tax return . How do I know or calculate how much provincial amount I could transfer to them? thanks!

the provincial amount is what you paid, no extra education and textbook amount, it is showed in the box B of RL 8
