现在还没有准备好去路考，请问能延期吗？要直接去SAAQ吗？英语不好，请问如何用英语说呢？
我在东区，东区最近的SAAQ好象是965, boul. Maisonneuve Est (RDC) ，坐BUS如何去呢？要不要事先打电话？

You only tell  them you want to renew driver licence permit. and hand in your licence , that is ok, and you will get new one. but the limited time is 3years. that mean you have 3 years available form the date you passed the test . After 3 years , you have to test again.
