It's easy to replace your flooring, you only have to read some books or articles, there are tons of free articles in internet teaching you step by step how to do-it-yourself. It's also easy to build a partition wall in your house. You would save lot of money by doing it by yourself, and it really brings you lot of fun. 到图书馆去找 Do-it-yourself 的书，从使用工具、材料到步骤、细节全部都有彩色照片图解，你就照葫芦画葫芦就是了。我手上有本 The Complete Photo Guide To Home Repair，是black&ecker出的，非常好，买成40 Cad，我在图书馆也见过，而且图书馆种类还多些。
