  中国房地产价格的飞速上涨已经使中国百姓无法圆他们本该拥有的住房梦，对于这样疯狂的市场，已经失去了其存在的价值。它不是一个为中国人民提供基本保障居所的基地，而是蜕变为一架为贪婪政府榨取人民钱财的机器。它使得普通家庭的生活变的如此沉重。剥夺和侵犯了人民基本的生活乐趣。它是罪恶的产物。这样的市场不是大部分中国人愿意见到的。对于那些能买得起这样高房价的人，我们把他们视为一个阶级，对于这个阶级，这样的房产市场正好适合他们，价格可以越高越好，只要他们有需求，可以为他们造出月球价的房子为他们享用。中国现政府也会对他们很满意，因为财源滚滚而来。而我们这些另一个阶级的普通人，不需要它存在于我们的生活中，我们需要的是另一个房地产市场。一个能发挥很大实际作用的，赢微利的甚至是公益性的代表普通工人，农民的全国性组织来管理这个市场。 而不是目前的扭曲的，只能为少部分人提供服务的市场。前一个市场是混乱的，各种利益纠结的，难堪的市场；后一个市场是清廉的，为民的，无私的市场。为完成这一目的，需要建立一个新的代表普通群众的政府。这需要普通人自愿联合起来，选出代表来为群众奔波操劳。因为居者有其屋才是社会进步的标志，目前的状况是历史的倒退，我们上一辈人清苦一生，仍能拥有他们的住房，到了我们这一辈，社会发展了，反倒没有房住了，这是灾难的降临，归根结底是因为现政府没有庇护群众的利益。安居才能乐业，我们可以允许富人阶层在其他方面享受好的待遇，有游艇，飞机，上好的学校，有高等医疗，有私人企业，有很多情人，但是他们不应该有很大的居所，因为他们有地方住，而且他们可以去宾馆住，他们有钱能消费。他们的居住不成问题。而普通群众要保有基本的住房，这是一个社会应该为她的臣民做的最基本的事，如普通教育，基本医疗，最基本食品、饮用水保障，所以子民才能在这个社会中生活，如果这些生存保障都不能满足，他们应该离开这个社会或者推翻这个社会建立新的秩序。这不是大锅饭不大锅饭的问题，回到平均主义，而是社会主义国家应该提供给人民的福利，否则怎么体现社会主义的优越性呢？这里并不是说要回到免费提供住房的时代，而是要考虑到百姓承受能力的卖方价格。以目前人均一千元工资为标准，最基本房价应该订在八万到十六万之间比较合理。更高的房价适于金领人士，或少量开发为富人设计的商品房。
  但是房地产市场绝对不能作为国家敛财，开发商牟利，增加GDP数字的手段，绝对不能。这等于是在透支中国人民几十年生命血汗来换取几年的统计增长，是一种明显的政府盗窃行为。失去了为居民提供居所的基本功能。等于一个废市场。让这样的市场多存在一天，就是让我们的民众多受痛苦一天。

Rather than the present distorted and only can provide services to a small portion of people on the market. Which a market is chaotic, entangled with various interests, and an embarrassing market; the other market is clean, careful of people’s burden, selfless market. To accomplish this purpose, need to establish a new Government to represent the general masses. This needs people get united voluntarily to elect their representatives to go hard for the masses. Because every family has a house is a symbol of social progress, the current situation is a historical regression, the last generation to live life hardly but still have their houses, times to our generation, our social development has last been, but there is no room to live for us, this is a disaster, in the final analysis because the Government has not taken care for the interests of the masses. Who has home can live happily. Yes, we can allow the riches in the enjoyment of good treatment in the other aspects, they can have yachts, aircraft, good schools, have higher health care, there is the private enterprises also, there are many lovers they have, but they should not have a lot of homes because they have a place to live, and they can go to hotel living, they can be spending money. Their living is not a problem.
