just watched the news and the "famours" "human rights" lawyer Julius who representing the employer said this is not justed, and it was just a harsh instead of rasicm, tell me, lawyer, why did your client just rounded all the chinese employees, where were those the other 30 employees in the factory who share the same kitchen. we know you should protect the rights of your money-feeder, but you should ask yourself if that makes sense or not before saying to the public!

It is great to hear the news that Quebec human right commission made its decision in favor of Chinese workers in Calgo International. However, it is not legal decision, meaning that the company can have  the case  judged by the court. In latter case, the company will have a case with Quebec Human Rights Commission instead of 15 Chinese workers. Since the lawyer working for the government is not best lawyer, it is difficult to imagine who will win the case. whatever the  result will be, the decision made by the commission sent a clear message to employers that there is zero tolerance of any harsh or racism language in quebec.

I guess many Chinese ever worked in that company. Italians have many companies in Montreal. that one is one of the worst companies I know.

I never expect this issue can go this far, since many people (including me) keep a negative view of the result.
