Now, I came to montreal for 2 weeks, but, I still did not konw the places where I can receive the free lanuage training( for english).

free English training course is not available in Montreal!

Try high school, such as James Lynn, Ville-Maria, etc. But you should pay for books and materials, about $100 each semister.
