Do you know why no body give you the answer? actually I asked the same questions again and again in sinoquebec also.

Here is the logic:

if give you the good garage name and address:
then  many many people will go to that garage
then that garage will be very very busy
then the service provded by that garage will less good and not be promised
also the garage could increase the price because too much customer

Also, some reason is that what's the definition of good garage, for the same garage, some one said very bad, and someone said very good. Even the same garage, to differnent customer may give different service, because some customer they familiar but the others not.
