以前网上有朋友讨论与BELL公司讨价还价，把固定电话月费降至14 刀以下。帖子现在找不到了，请有经验的朋友交流一下。谢谢先。

Bell is still offering that ~$14 to ?new? customers. Saw a Bell card for one of my neighours ~2 months ago.

It may not worth the trouble (with Bell), do check out Primus or cheaper VOIP options. Have fun!
