于是现在变成两个都还没有activate的申请，想取消一个，但是仔细阅读了bell 公司的agreement之后发现，有如下两条：

Your order for the Service will be confirmed and you will have entered into a binding contract with Your Service Provider when (i) you submit your online order and it is accepted by Your Service Provider, or (ii) your phone order is confirmed by email or other form. If you subsequently cancel your order prior to activation of the Service you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee as liquidated damages for preparatory Service rendered by Your Service Provider. If you subscribe to the service on a month-to-month basis and cancel your Service during a billing period, your charges will not be pro-rated for such billing period and your account will be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

Termination charges will be applicable for early termination of fixed term contracts. If you terminate prior to the end of your fixed term contract you will be charged an early termination charge of $100.00 as liquidated damages ("Termination Charge").

看起来好像是说如果在activate之前取消，要罚150块钱，若是提前终止合同，也要收100块钱，这是怎么回事？听朋友说，随时可以免费取消的阿？现在我们该怎么办，请大人执教，小妹不胜感激！！

Read it carefully, those charge of cancellation is for fixed term contract, such as 12 months contract or whatever period, I believe you did not sign any fixed term contract with Bell. I bet most people would like to try the speical offer from Bell, which is fist month free and 2, 3, 4 month is 29.95(do not remember the exact price), in that case, you just do it on month to month base. so that, do not worry, go ahead and cancel it. I have canceled my high speed service with bell after my account is active ten days, it was no charge, but keep all receipts. Bell makes a lot of mistakes.
