I recommend "Kiehl's Nurturing Baby Cream for Face and Body".
My friend bought me the cream as a baby shower gift.  I have been using it on my daughter's dry skin in automn and winter since her birth. It is very good. They also have the Baby Lip Palm and other products. It is a bit expensive though.
