For low income families with refrigerators that`s over 15 years old, they can have their old fridge EXCHANGED into a new one for only $75.

This is only a pilot project, can`t find any web site for it.  So . . . .  practice typing time  . . . :p

Low income means:
1 person, maximum $18373 annual income.

7p and more, $48181

Criteria:
1.  is low income family,
2.  owner of the old fridge, and
3.  is responsible for paying the electricity bill.

Refrigerator:
1.  is over 15 years old,
2.  in working condition, and
3.  has a volumn of 10-25 cubic feet.

Limit one fridge per family.

Believe they pick-up your old fridge, deliver u a new one.  

1.  U pay $75 when sign contract, (I don`t know when)
2.  The new fridge will be guarantee by the manufacturer, e.g. Frigidaire.
3.  The size of new fridge will be 'comparable' to your old one.

- initiated by Hydro-Quebec,
- Administered by Consortium MRE Environnement,
- TILL (fridge) supply last or latest 31/12/2009.
