我去年把rrsp取出来买房。 我听说税务局会要求你逐步把钱还到rrsp帐户上。
我怎么没有收到税务局的通知呢？

I bought house in 2008 using RRSp. In my Notice of Assessment  of 2009, it tells me how much I should pay back for RRSP next year.
So when I buy RRSp for 2010, I have to tell the bank how much is RRSP for 2010, and how much is my payback for the RRSP I have used for the house purchase.
It is one year after you buy the house, you have to start to pay back the rrsp, and you have 15 years to pay back.
