I received us receipts 1099-MISC and K-1(1065) the detail is as below:
1099-MISC: Box 7 $19,200

Schedule K-1(1065):
Line 1: -$101
Line 4: $40
Line 14A: $40

Yes, you need to file US tax return. 1040 or 1040 NR, depend on how to setup your filing status.
