这是魁省移民PEQ program里对法语的一个要求，
academic transcript attesting to the successful completion of a intermediate level French course in an educational institution recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport or in a university located in Québec
所以在学校take符合要求的法语课就可以代替法语考试对吗？
