yesterday i bought some medicine at Jean Coutu. they charged me 79$. I said I should have insurance. they said , OK , check for me. then they said it's only 28$.

i don't understand the policy 处方药的费用太阳卡能报销的比例 . HELP !

I don't think there is the same thing of 太阳卡 and 处方药, you should be covered by prescription drug plan of Quebec. That is the reason why you only paid 28$.

not necessarily,
I have 太阳卡, but not covered by the QUEBEC drug insurance Plan
company goup insurance plan cover that. (I cancel the government plan right after I get the privat plan)
