最近楼里出现了很多卫生问题，住在这里的中国租客联名向房东写信要求解决，但是没有结果。于是大家准备向租屋委员会投诉房东，但是以前都没有去过，不知道程序如何？如需要预约吗？向委员会说了以后是他们会和房东联系吗？大概会等多久有结果？如果去的人多，是不是会处理的快一点？

请有经验的人指导，谢谢。
