孩子在托儿所被抓应如何处理。在脸上有很深两道，可能留下疤痕，可气的是老师说是摔得。我孩子在这个班才3个月已经发生两次被抓事件。
我们想上法庭告托儿所，但是不知道如何办理，有那位好心人指点一下。

Take the photos of your child`s scars, and sue the daycare for their employee`s negligence. u need to file your complaint before the court of quebec (la Cour du Quebec). You have to prove that there exists a faut, a prejudice, and the direct relation between these two factors. (la faute, le dommage et le lien de causalite). there is no problem of evidence in your child`s case.

`jamais trois sans deux`. this seems serious. if u sue the daycare, also think of transfering your child to another daycare, for a child is very sensitive to the bad mood of a gardian.
