请问有人收到 boxing day rebate 退款吗？

本人在futureshop买的东西，不知大约多长时间能收到rebate 还款，请知情者指教，谢谢。

:cool: If your tel and post code are correct (same as what you printed on your rebate form which was submitted), that means the rebate centre didn't have your data there. You may need to call them (1-800-239-0978) and prepare to re-submit your rebate request (copy of your original letter).

Remember a valid rebate requires you to submit :
(1) Rebate form (from FutureShop or download from internet)
(2) Copy of receipt
(3) Original UPC barcode cut from the box to show your proof of purchase
