:cool: If your tel and post code are correct (same as what you printed on your rebate form which was submitted), that means the rebate centre didn't have your data there. You may need to call them (1-800-239-0978) and prepare to re-submit your rebate request (copy of your original letter).

Remember a valid rebate requires you to submit :
(1) Rebate form (from FutureShop or download from internet)
: C% M- L* d! f, D# z3 p(2) Copy of receipt
) @" S" h+ W& _$ }* u$ n(3) Original UPC barcode cut from the box to show your proof of purchase
