Second, go to Metro station, buy another monthly pass, and keep the rest of the money.

以前STM月票跟现在不太一样，有点像电话卡，用户将钱存到卡上，用时被charge钱.如果月票丢失，只要跟STM提供卡号，他们那边就会显示你的余额，他们会把余额退还给你，同时注销掉你的卡号，这样别人即便是捡到也不能用。要搁以前，楼主想申请张免费的卡，也不是不能实现的。可惜现在改革啦，丢了票只好自认倒霉。
