I don't want you because you don't understand what is "Volunteer". I hope you can get $26 pay per hour (experienced programmer) for every day. However, I would pay 10-12$ (reasonable price) for a website building if I employed some one to do it.

By the way I would like to pay 36$ per hour if you are competetive in this project (professional website including a children's library online public catalog (OPAC, specifications will be given to you after you sign the contract, interview is required, you must submit cover letter, CV and three reference letters, one should be from your direct supervisor)), I promise my boss will give you a decent job.

I do understand the meaning of "Volunteer", is just that I didn't notice it, so don't judge too fast. I don't lie  about what  I do. Doubting people too fast is one problem in our asian culture.

I maybe Volunteer to buy you some coffee and donnuts but I'm not interrested to build YOUR personal professional website for FREE ??  Maybe you should employed someone like you said ! If you still look for "Volunteer" then good luck!!

Thanks for your interest.The project is too difficult for most Chinese people. So I decided to find Canadians who have general background to do it.
