请问，现在已经在加拿大的，是不是不用再出境入境申请枫叶卡？
最近收到移民纸，信里说
If you are already in Canada and have valid temporary redident stastus, you now have the option of obtain your permanent resident status in Canada.

有没有人操作过，谢谢指教！
