I think it is no way.
Everything sale in Canada have include taxes(except some exception,food.etc)
If you are low in-come person,you may have got the GST/HST credit.
If not,sale tax is your should pay.

As I know,the answer is No.
But you maybe can apply for GST/HST credit.

You can, if you have a travelling visa.
So you can, if someone who is going back China with Travel or Business Visa would like to ask the refund and then give the refund to you.
