请教各位前辈:
我在准备老婆和儿子的团聚材料，联邦移民，在part 3, appendix a: document checklist-immigrant 的第6条里有一个 custody order for your child (if any) and proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in the custody order. 这是在说监护证明么？又有什么obligation？怎么公证呢？我是说该准备什么材料呢？哪里可以见到这个custody order?
