明儿个再写吧。。。so I check almost every day, every day my neck got 1" longer, soon people will think I'm from Masai . . . u know the S. African women with supper long neck inside "copper rings"?

我觉得海蜇皮烫过后浸泡8小时不够, 我一般至少浸泡三天, 视其是否完全发开. 一般早, 晚各换一次水.
为防止出水, 在食用前, 先漓水一小时, 然后挤干水.
至于口味么, 因人而异了. 想吃什么味的, 放什么调料.

漓 - drain?
挤 - how about put between paper towel and press?
Last time I let them sleep on paper towel in refrigerator overnight, 555!

Waiting for icoffee on 海蛰, heard about it for a long time but just don't know what to do with that odd shaped thing - slice/no slice, completely lost!

You may try in this way, but for me, I simply put them in my palm, and hold my hand into a fist to press the water out of them.
